Pomodoro Technique + Focus Booster      
I started using a new study technique called the Pomodoro technique. You work for increments of 25 minutes with 5 minute breaks. I have a lot of trouble reading for long periods of time and this seems to help. I’ve been using this nice little app called focus booster which puts a little timer on my screen that counts down and changes color.
