Hello, my name is Tony Huang and I am a sophomore at Harvard College.
Originally from Brunswick, Georiga, where I grew up surrounded by giant
oak trees, marsh lands, and warm winter days. However, in Cambridge I have
come to appreciate the fact that seasons actually do exist and that summer
is not marked by scorching heat and humid air. The New England weather
hasn't been too bad and I am happy to call Harvard my new home.
I am currently pursuing a concentration in Economics and a secondary in Computer Science. I find computer science very interesting and many of the skills that I will be developing in CS1 will be something that I draw from later on.
In my free time, I really enjoy traveling and cooking. This past winter break, I headed down to the Florida Keys, specifically Key West , where I enjoyed breath-taking views of the ocean, delicious seafood, and the buzzing nightlife. I also got the chance to try amazing Key Lime pie and coconut macaroons, and even attempted a recipe of my own! From wandering through the quaint streets of Key West to going on a boat ride in Miami, I am always open to new adventures!
