fbati 0.1
Screenshots Installation Video Tutorial News / Changes FAQ References'fbati' is an R package that provides an implementation of the FBAT-I test originally introduced in Lake and Laird in 2000, and extended by Hoffmann et. al. 2007 (submitted) - please see the references section. Licensed under the GPL.
Just to get an idea of what it does and if you might like it, take a look at the documentation (pdf) that comes with the R package, specifically the functions fbati if you are interested in the GUI interface or the command line interface. You can ignore any warnings from pbatR as they are not necessary for this software.
Installation instructions
First, you must have R installed.
Planning on submitting to CRAN. Requires additionally the installation of the R package pbatR and suggests the installation of the R package fbati.
Video Tutorial
The following is a video tutorial of using the R package, assuming that you already have R installed, you have just started it, and you have already installed the fbati package. The tutorial goes over the GUI interface, but a command line interface is also available (see documentation).
