Examines the main philosophies of international relations: classical realism, liberalism, Marxism, and the ways in which they inform contemporary theories of international relations such as neo-realism, liberal institutionalism, and dependency theories. Examines also major ethical issues such as nationalism, human rights, and the use of force.
