My name is Philip Durbin and I've worked in Linux system administration and programming at Harvard since 2006, first at IQSS and now at FAS Research Computing. Obviously, I'm not a web designer.
Here's a bio I wrote for http://rc.fas.harvard.edu/about/leadership/staff
Philip Durbin: Phil works on server infrastructure, having joined Research Computing in 2011 after five years supporting the Research Computing Environment at the Institute for Quantitative Social Science. Before Harvard, he worked at Berklee College of Music, where he ran Linux boxes, configured Cisco gear, and took "Piano for Drummers." At the University of Dayton, Phil earned a degree in Psychology and American Studies, tutored English, and learned to juggle.
If you're curious about what I'm working on and have access to our ticket system, please click here to see the saved search I use. It's sorted by priority and here is the guide I'm using:

Priority Guide:

5: user ticket: user blocked on me
4: project ticket: priority high
3: project ticket: priority medium
2: project ticket: priority low
