SFX - Sound Effects
NOTE! All these sound samples below are free to use, granted that you give recognition where they came from. Obviously, I can't do anything about it if you don't do so, but I just hope that you will respect my work, which I have decided to allow people to use. Also, it would be nice if you inform me if you use any of my actual arrangements, songs, recordings (other than SFX). And please ask about using my compositions, after all, I composed them! And if you feel that you want to donate any money to me for these 'wonderful' samples, feel free to contact me!
Over the months I have recorded various sounds, some everyday things like microwave ovens, telephones, water, cars starting, etc. In addition, I have recorded some instruments (Tam-tam, Bass Drum, Violin [played by Mr. Hughes]), which are samples which I used in one of my composition. Lastly, I have also recorded a whole set of various tools (saws, hammers, drills, etc), again for my composition (which you can find below), played by Katy Hebditch.
All samples are in mp3, encoded by LAME at standard quality VBR (average 192kbps). If you need higher quality samples (I record in 24bit/44.1KHz) please contact me. I can't post those here due to disk quota limitations.
