Tomatos and Eggs 1/2 pound of thinly sliced beef 1 tbsp Corn starch 1 tbsp soy sauce 6 Eggs 1 clove of garlic 3 Large tomatos 1 medium onion 1/2 cup water 3 spoofuls of sugar salt Cut the beef into thin strips and mix the beef with corn starch and soy sauce. Set aside. Beat eggs. Pan fry eggs and remove. Stir fry garlic and marinated beef until almost done, then remove. Cut tomatos into wedges and dice the onion. Add tomatos, onion, water, sugar, and salt. Cook the tomatos for about 10 minutes until the skin falls off and the tomatos are mushy. Add beef and eggs, and cook together for a few minutes.
