Ginger Sesame Salmon 2 sheets (12"x18") aluminum foil 2 thin onion ring slices, separated into rings 1 medium carrot, julienned 2 salmon fillets 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated 1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar 1/2 tsp sesame oil salt pepper 1. Preheat oven to 450°F. 2. Divide onion and carrots between each foil sheet. Add salmon on top. Sprinkle on ginger. Drizzle with vinegar and oil. Sprinkle on salt and pepper. 3. Fold up foil into packets with room for heat circulation. 4. Bake packets for 16-20 min.
