Chicken Puttanesca (Serves 1) 1 chicken breast 2 handfuls penne frozen green beans/carrots 1 cup puttanesca spaghetti sauce salt Bring salted water to roiling boil in pot. Add penne. Time 12 min. Fry chicken breast in pan. Cut into pieces with spatula in pan. Add frozen veggies when chicken breast if halfway cooked through. Reduce heat to medium. After 3 min, add spaghettic sauce to pan. Reduce heat to low. Add cooked penne to pan. Stir and serve.
