Chicken and Potato Curry 6 chicken pieces (deboned thighs) Salt Soy Sauce Corn Starch 2 cloves of garlic 1 Onion 7 potatoes (diced) Cut the chicken into large pieces. Marinate the chicken in salt, soy sauce, and corn starch for 5-10 minutes. Chop the garlic and onion and dice the potatos. Fry the garlic and onion in a hot pan of oil. Add the chicken and brown. Add potatoes, curry powder (~ 2 spoonfuls), and water until potatoes are submerged. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Occaisionally check and refresh the waterlevel.
