Guacamole (1 Large bowl) 2 small tomatoes 1 can jalapeno peppers 4 avocados 2 green onions cilantro 1 lime red tobasco sauce salt pepper Dice tomatoes and soak on paper towel. Open can of jalapeno peppers and soak on paper towel. Split open avocados and set aside seeds. Place avocados in a bowl and chop with two spoons. Chop green onions and cilantro and add to bowl. Slice up the lime and squeeze the lime juice into bowl. Add dry tomato and jalapeno peppers. Season with tobasco sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
