Going vegan was one of the toughest, but most rewarding decisions I have ever made.
I loved meat, dairy, and eggs, but I didn't feel like I knew enough about how to eat the "right way".
After doing a great deal of research, I came to realize that our bodies don't need animal products.
So I stopped eating them. The more I learned and read about animal cruelty, the less I wanted to eat animals, anyways.
And I feel much healthier and happier about my lifestyle and eating habits.
