This course highlights central concerns of the investment process, such as investment decisions and the opportunity set; risk/return relationships and financial markets; market pricing models and their implications for the valuation of securities; market information and efficiency; mortgage-backed securities; international securities; and performance presentation and measurement. There will be interactive classroom demonstrations of software packages.
