Organizations, Management Behavior, and Economics

This course examines problems of Business Organization and social cost in relation to economic incentives and motives. It will examine the evolution of contracting, organizational structure, incentive systems, and compensation packages. The disciplining effects of economics on organizations and managements will be explored using cases and readings to illustrate research findings and to highlight key issues, including international dimensions.
