Baseball Team Performance vs. Salary

This application investigates one metric of performance (wins and losses) versus one
metric of team management (salary). Click on the box to begin. The left and right
arrows shift the date backwards and forwards. Alternately, you can click on the date
at the top and drag it to the left or right to change the date.

You can also click on the team logos or names to highlight the lines from their
performances to their salaries. Click them again to unhighlight. Thicker lines mean
higher salaries, and blue lines mean better performance rank than salary rank
whereas red lines mean the opposite. The box at the bottom highlights all teams,
or unhighlights all teams.
