Scholars in the humanities and social sciences
who have held a Ph.D. or equivalent for less than five years may
apply for Post-Doctoral

Scholars who have held a Ph.D. or equivalent
for five years or more, and who have already made a significant
contribution to Russian or Eurasian studies may apply for Senior

and others who are citizens of Russia or other states of the former
Soviet Union may apply for Regional

Scholars, typically for terms of one semester to one year. Contact:

Fellow Program or the Exchange

travel grants and to participate in the annual Undergraduate
